Kayti Fan Designs is an interior design firm specializing in modern and eclectic spaces. We serve residential clients throughout the Denver metro area, the Front Range, and beyond.

After years spent learning and exploring the aesthetic and technical aspects of textile design, Kayti developed a unique skill set to explore her passion for interior design. In this capacity, she strives to achieve harmony and balance in a space, while also helping her clients express themselves in their living spaces. Through listening and open communication, an eye for detail, and thoughtful problem-solving, Kayti aims to maximize functionality for each client's unique lifestyle.

Kayti has a decade of residential interior design experience working at design firms in Washington, DC and Denver, CO. She studied interior design at the Interior Design Institute and the New York Institute of Art and Design, and holds a Bachelor's of Arts in International Studies and Music from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. She also holds an M.P.S in Business from the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, MD.
